Ibiza is the 3rd largest island of the balearic island but definitely the most famous one. Not only known for its legendary parties with international DJs as well as for its beach clubs and hidden treasure beaches. You can enjoy a party but also relax at the beach. It is an island with a thousand faces!
For its high famosity worldwide Ibiza is offering a wide range of different properties: apartments, villas, fincas and houses - for rent and for sale!
More good news for the island: over the past years the nationality of visitors has evolved as follows: Spanish, French, German and Dutch represent the largest part while there is also a strong growth from the Benelux and rest of the world, especially North and South Americans, South Africans, Asians and Australians.
On the one hand the market offers interesting new properties from existing building licenses and on the other hand projects will have to agree with strict regulations. All in all there is an upward trend regarding the price.
