Seasonal Rental Price rise on Spanish coast- Ibiza in top position
The average rental prices on the Spanish coast for a first sea line apartment are now 600€/week. That's a change of 7%, compared to the year 2014. North of Spain experiences a rental boom as well, where prices went up to 27%.
Castellón- In the province Castellón show of downward trend of 20% - 25% for summer renting prices, especially beach resorts like Oropesa del Mar, Alcocebre and Monófocar.
Galicia coast- The most affordable area in Spain with renting price of just 200€/week - 60 m2 apartment.
Ibiza still remains as the most expensive spot, where a beachfront apartments in Playa d'en Bossa, Santa Eulalia and Talamanca costs up to 1,700€/week. This price also reflects a recovery of the Ibiza real estate market.
